Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!

I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:

1. You are reporting to have had stomach cramps. These symptoms may be related with :
- stomach flu
- gastritis\ ulcer
I would like to know more like : if you have had fever, bowel movement changes?
2. To my opinion you need to be examined with upper endoscopy to better evaluate stomach mucous.
3. Meantime I would suggest to :
- use PPI's like Prilosec OTC
- avoid spicy and fatty foods
- continue to use dicyclomine
- avoid contispation

Hope it was helpful to you!
