What Causes Abdominal Pain After Eating Food With Normal Blood Work?

Question: My blood work came back positive for Crohns but GI doc said blood tests are not always right. I have pain with anything I eat and reflux. Im on Domperidone 10mg 4X day and Prilosec 20mg 2x day. Are there other tests?

Blood work tested for Crohns

Also have pain on my right side I am tired a lot

Not much relief with meds

CT scan Colonoscopy and EDG were done

This has been going on since January

Capsule endoscopy or enteroscopy may be done to look for lesions of Crohn's disease in the small intestine.
