Brief Answer:
This is suggestive of irritable bowel syndrome!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported.I have reviewed this information fully and it is suggestive of irritable bowel syndrome. This is relatively common and does not cause any longterm pathological condition beyond the inconveniences of the symptoms. Also, this cannot damage the digestive tract.

The best approach to this condition is through lifestyle and diet modifications. Regular physical exercise also helps in controlling these symptoms. I will recommend you keep a foo diary alongside noting down your symptoms. This way, we can tie down what diet types worsen these symptoms and slowly avoid them. If any symptoms become severe like constipation/diarrhea/pain, then we shall prescribe medication juts for this.

In all, this is suggestive of irritable bowel syndromes. Diet, lifestyle modifications and regular physical exercise. Keep a food dairy for more insights.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
