What Causes Abdominal Pain After Having A Meal?

Question: I recently had a very bad abdominal pain after having my lunch ( okra and black eyed pea) and i vomitted after bearing the pain for 1 hour and then my husband rushed me to the hospital.

At the hospital, I was given 4 injection ( drotin, Pantodac and 2 others). I was feelng better after the doctor visit. I am now very scared to eat anything and cam you please advise few foods that i can take .

I had milk in the morning and i am burping a lot since yesterday.
