Brief Answer:
Supportive care, COnstipation predominant IBS likely.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in lower abdomen with difficulty passing stools and gas indicates constipation and may be constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome. You need to be examined first for any anal fissure or hemorrhoid which may be worsening constipation. After that some work up like colonic transit studies, some baseline investigations should be done to find out the cause of this constipation. Next would be modifying diet and lifestyle, more fibers and more fluids in diet is mainstay and necessary. Also you need to get some laxatives for the instant relief. There are many forms of laxatives your doctor can prescribe you with but best strategy is to rely on diet lifestyle. Exercise for at least 45 minutes a day, train your bowels for early morning bowel habits and avoid all the triggers in diet like spices, processed canned foods, soda, beverages, coffee, alcohol etc.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
