Question: Dear Doctor,

I hope you are well. I am writing to you because I am having some abdominal pain and trouble urinating. Furthermore, I seem to not be as sexually aroused anymore. My penis appears to always be very flaccid/like when you come out of the shower. I should note that two weeks ago I received a hand-job from a stripper who applied her saliva on my penis. Since this occurrence, I have been under tremendous stress and occasionally taking Xnanx to relax myself.

I would sincerely appreciate your thoughts.

Thanks for your query based on te facts that you have posted yo had sexual encounter few weeks back where you had masturbation induced by a shaking your penis with her hand and she had lubricated your penis with her saliva.

Since saliva does not contain HIV virus there is no possibility of you acquiring HIV at all.

As regards your problem of not getting erection it is mostly due to anxiety .

Please consult qualified Psychiatrist for counseling .

Get your Routine urine test and culture done.

This could be due to UTI.
Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to trace out organisms causing the infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

In the mean while start taking Ceprofloxacine and nitrofurantoin twice daily along with urine alkaliser later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report.,

This will help to control dysuria.

Ensure to drink more water .
