Brief Answer:
get a serum beta hcg test done
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thanks for the query,
The abdominal cramps and mild pain alone without any nausea or headache can be attributed to a possible conception in last few days , which can be checked with a serum beta hcg test ( ideally done after 7 days post last intercourse). If the hcg levels are more than 3mIU then you have conceived this cycle, else these cramps can be attributed to PMS symptoms , indicating that you would be menstruating soon.
Please get a serum beta hcg test done to rule out or confirm conception first.
