What Causes Abdominal Pain During Ovulation?

Question: I have endometriosis but i am not near my period on the contrary i am ovulating right now. I have a stomach pain which is all over the stomach and no fever

I have a stomach pain but not much fever. It hurts more when i walk. I have a diagnosis of endometriosis and just ovulated . Could it be related or something else
