Brief Answer:
may be reflux

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Excess salivation (Water brash), abdominal pain may be related to reflux (gastroesophageal reflux- GERD)

Some persons do not have the typical burning, bloating or acid taste in the mouth.

As you may know, the use of alcohol, heavy foods can cause or worsen reflux symptoms.
Small amounts of alcohol such as the glass of red wine would not be considered excessive but in persons with reflux , even small amounts like this can cause a problem.

Treatment is a combination of lifestyle changes and medication: (a) reduction in the size of meals , use small frequent meals instead of large meals

(b)avoid spicy/acidic/fatty or fried foods

Reduce citrus fruits, tomatoes, mint, caffeine, chocolate, may also have to limit alcohol if this is aggravating it

(c) wait 2 hours after eating before laying down

(d)weight loss of any excess weight if this is a problem. Weight presses on the stomach and increases the chance of food refluxing

(e)if the symptoms are very severe at night then you may need to elevate the head of the bed

(f) medication such as nexium, prilosec, prevacid, protonix would help
They may take 5 to 7 days , in some cases, to have an effect. If you notice a delay can combine with pepcid or zantac for the first few days

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
