Brief Answer:
virus or food poisoning
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for contacting us.
It is possible that you have an intestinal virus or have some food poisoning. It is best to drink lots of water, rest and eat bland food for the next few days. Bland foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, toast and no spicy or acidic foods like citrus. Either of these problems (virus or food poisoning) should clear up in the next few days. If you symptoms do not resolve soon then you may need to see a doctor and be evaluated for more serious bacterial or other infections.
I hope you are well soon.

Brief Answer:
no real medications
Detailed Answer:
Hello, for viruses we do not really have any medications. They just have to work their way out of our systems. This usually takes any where for 2-10 days dependig on the virus, the best you can do is stay hydrated and perhaps take an anti-nausea medicine if you are feeling nauseous. Again with food poisoning it just has to work its way out of our systems and this can take a while. If you are not getting better in the next few days you definitely need to see a doctor.
