Brief Answer:
Lumbar spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

If the pain is acute in onset, we should also consider possibility of a Viral arthritis which can present with pain, rashes and abdominal pain with acutely. I also suggest you get a blood workup done for Complete blood count, Dengue and Chikungunya tests. Discuss with your treating doctor. Avoid taking NSAIDs if your platelet cell count is low.

An ultrasound abdomen will be helpful to rule out Bowel inflammation if any. Cause of the constipation can be found.

I suggest you get TENS therapy from a reputed Physiotherapist because that region can be affected by muscle spasm. TENS therapy will reduce the symptoms and help you be comfortable.

Avoid bending forward and lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the painful region.

Do get hope Vitamin D analysis done if possible as well.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
