Brief Answer:
Post viral weakness and acidity.

Detailed Answer:

hi,

Thanks for your query.

Post viral weakness is normal and stomach pain may be due to acidity, because
of reduced appetite during the infection. Do not worry, she will recover within a week.

I would suggest she takes Tab. Junior Lanzole 15mg its a dispersable tablet. Dissolve it in 1 tbsp of water, once daily before breakfast for 5 days.

She can include curds/yogurt and buttermilk in her diet. Avoid oily and spicy food.
Give her soft diet such as porridge, idli, khichidi etc. Let her have small frequent meals.

I hope this answered your query.
