This looks to be an intestinal infection with bacterimia/septicemia as you have fever with chills.
I would advise you the following:
- Clinical evaluation by a Doctor as this helps to know the seriousness of the problems as the symptoms may not match the seriousness of the problems in some cases.
- Tests of stool, blood for infection and wellbeing.
- Get started on an appropriate antibiotic and other medication as per the above things.
- Supportive and symptomatic medicines as you are already taking the fever reducer, probiotics, electrolyte solutions, plenty of oral fluids to maintain hydration.
