What Causes Abdominal Pain With Negative STD Result?
HIV Testing
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query. The symptoms that you have could be an unrelated illness rather than HIV. Some of them may be due to anxiety.
I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better.
-What all STD's you have been tested for?
-Was it receptive oral sex or otherwise?
Although oral sex if a very low risk for HIV but still I would suggest you to take up test for HIV to put all your doubts to rest, HBV as well. An HIV Combo test would be ideal at this stage. If it comes out to be negative, that almost rules out HIV (accuracy is 99.8% at 1 month and increases to 99.9% at 3 months). Therefore, HIV testing needs to be repeated at 3 months to be 100% sure

receptive without a condom
Low risk but it would be wise to get tested
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Regarding both HIV and HBV, only blood, body fluids containing visible blood, semen and vaginal secretions represent a risk of transmission. Therefore oral sex (Fellatio) carries negligible risk of HIV transmission as compared to Vaginal sex OR Anal sex, unless the lady giving oral sex has an open sore in the oral mucosa(e.g herpes labiales/ syphilitic chancre etc). Moreover saliva carries anti-HIV properties. Therefore there is no need to panic in your case.
However, it would be a wise decision to get tested after an unprotected sexual encounter to put your mind at ease.

Sti can only be transmitted sexually
Detailed Answer:
Hi
No. It is likely an unrelated illness. Flu or something like that. It cannot be an sti.
Moreover since you had sexual contact 6 month ago therefore you are well past the window period of hiv detection. Therefore just a single test for hiv antibody OR Rapid test for HIV with ELISA would be sufficient to rule out HIV.

This is not Hepatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Not transferable within the family, without sexual contact. As i mentioned before, only blood, body fluids containing visible blood, semen and vaginal secretions represent a risk of transmission for HBV
