
What Causes Abdominal Pain With Normal Endoscopy And Stool Test?

Question: All the tests including blood, stool, endoscopy and other things are normal but stomach pain still persists...Puss cells are a little high and Amylase is a little high around 115...Doctors said there might be intestinal infection but after taking antibiotics for 5-6 days still no go so can u please suggest what might be the reason for the pain

Thanks for the reply.
Scanning was done . everything seems to be normal. Blood test - amylase is more , lipase is normal
Stool test - more pus cells were found
Endoscopy is nomal.
No other medical history. Rite now she is taking antibiotics
