Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

There are many different causes of abdominal pain and the treatment is different for each of these. So if there acute abdominal pain, the ideal thing to do is to visit a nearby doctor.

I would like to have some more information before I can assist you.

1. Which side kidney you have stone?
2. Since when do you have this episode of pain?
3. How long does each episode of pain last?
4. In a scale of 1-10 how will grade the severity of this pain? Do you roll over with this pain?
5.Do you have fever?
6. Do you blood in urine?

Do get back to me with these information and I would give my opinion.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
