What Causes Abnormal Appearance Of External Meatus In A Sexually Active Male?
Question: I'm a 24 year old male. I've never been sexually active. I have prominent 'lips' around urethral meatus which look like urethral mucosa bulging out. The outer margin of these lips looks like a black line and the color of the lips is red like urethral or any other mucosa. I have had this problem for as long as I can recall. There is no abnormal reddening or irritation and I'm completely asymptomatic apart from the cosmetic problem. Please tell me what it is
