Brief Answer:
Mammogram should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Nipple discharge can be due to hormonal disturbances like hyperprolactinemia or can be due to cancerous tumors.
Pricking sensation is not particular for any disease.
You should consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination and get a mammogram done to confirm the diagnosis and further treatment should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
