What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Spotting?

Question: Hi how r u I started to get pink and red blood light wen I wipe only nothing on my pad.. During my period time on the 15,October. It last for a couple of days. My period is regular. Today.mng got a bit of red blood wife lots of ear mucous.
Ways happening wif me.?
