What Causes Absence Of Periods With Increase In Appetite And Dizziness?
Question: Hello, I have not had a period since April 1. I have taken 3 HPT and 2 were negative and one positive. Went to doctor and he says I am not. So I don't think I'm pregnant. The week of May 20 I had light spotting for a few days, I have an increase in appetite, dizzy, headaches, tingly breast, heavy breast and cramping. Also, when I get cramps I feel like my period is coming but nothing happens but there is a clear discharge. What else could this be?

What you are having could be irregular periods due to hormonal problems.
Did you take any oral contraceptive or hormonal pills recently?
Also thyroid needs to be tested if it happens again
But do not worry. Most likely you will get periods by next month as that is what normally happens in such cases .
