my wife didnt get periods since 6 months at that time we had a unprotected sex after one year of our first child birth and used unwanted 72. today after 6 months we had again unprotected sex due to condom failure
my question is it possible that my wife get pregnant now ?

The bleeding after sex could be due to some trauma inside. Sometimes after sex little bleeding/discharge occurs. It is not taken as retrieval of periods unless it is followed by proper menstrual cycle.
If she gets periods then she is unlikely to be pregnant. Chances are very less . I suggest you to consult your gynacologist for the treatment of irregular menstrual cycles .
