Brief Answer:
dietary recommendations & hormone profile.
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I understand your problem, you are probably in your perimenopausal stage of life so your hormones are weaning and thus making you feel sick. I would advise you to drink lots of water, eat soy proteins, walnuts and dry fruits, flaxseed oil or its seeds which are very rich in female hormones. Avoid heavy work outs and hot humid climate if possible. In case the symptoms worsen (which usually subside in 10-12 months) you should get your hormones tested viz FSH and serum estradiol which will give conclusive evidence of menopause so that your gynecologist can advise you hormone replacement therapy after doing your physical examination. Take care and wish you best of health.
