Brief Answer:
Medication will reduce the PND.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. Start a combination of an anti-histamine, an anti-leukotriene (such as fexofenadine with montelukast), a mucolytic (such as bromhexine or ambroxol), a steroid nasal spray (such as momenta one or fluticasone) and regular steam inhalation.
2. Take this medication for at least two weeks and let me know the progress.
3. If the relief is not satisfactory, get a plain Sinus CT scan done. Allergy tests can also be done.
4. Anti-reflux medication may be added if necessary.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
