default
Posted on Wed, 21 Sep 2016
Question: I have occasional aches in my testicles, lower abdomen and back when I wake up in the morning. It does not occur every morning but every few weeks for the past 2 years. I find once I eat or drink water it tends to go away. In addition, on 2 separate occasions in the past 2 months my seamen had a brownish color in it but went away after a few days. Should I be concerned?

Brief Answer:
It could be Urinary tract infection or stone disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It seems like a Urinary tract infection that is bothering you.
Please get a Urine RE and Culture test done and also an Ultrasound Abdomen and KUB.
These tests will help us rule out any infection or stone disease in the Genito-urinary tract.
I am not suggesting any medicines as of now and only after the test reports would I be able to comment on whether you need any treatment or not.
However, I do not think you need to worry much and whatever is happening can be treated if there is any problem at all.
Take care and do not worry.
Do let me know if there are any queries that you have on this issue, I would be happy to address them for you.
Take care.
