In between i also suffred from Abdominal TB and got operated in 2008.After getting treated for TB still i use to face problems of acidity, gastro problems. Now in a CT-scan reports traits of TB are found again and doctors had started mt ATT. Between all this my leukorrhea problem remained same.I am so under weight, just 35kg.My concern is whether this white discharge problem is curable or not ? Will i be able to gain weight ?My family and me are in stress about my weight gain. Please suggest.

Brief Answer:
weight loss is common in TB

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.Iam sorry for your condition.
After going through your reports Iam able to make out you have pelvic associated TB.
As per your old reports you are anemic and ESR is raised and all other parameters are normal.
Your latest reports show elevated liver enzymes. This might be due to ATT drugs or due to abdominal TB.
I would like to explain few things regarding your condition.TB is easily treatable disease.Completion of ATT course is mandatory.
Due to TB there will be severe weight loss and following a good diet plan with high protein and high calorie diet is very essential in TB treatment.
Anaemia should also be corrected for better results.
The anaemia, stress and TB might be the contributing factors for white discharge. So once your general condition improves it might subside.
If the discharge is not associated with foul smelling, itching you need not worry.
The genital TB can be ruled out by examination of 1st day menstrual blood.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

Hi Doctor,
Thanks for the revert. Can you suggest appropriate diet chart as per my conditions
that can help me out to gain weight slowly. My body has became so weak, i feel tired all the time, can sit for more then 3-4 hours,,,becoz of this had to resign from job also...feeling emotionally weak as well.

And The discharge is without any smell and itching but in excess,it makes me uncomfortable with wet feeling all the time, many times i have to use sanitary cotton pads for this....is it right to use?.Can you recommend some exercise or preventive measures for white discharge.Although it is a natural process, but as it an sickness in my case...will it be permanently curable ...?

Also please let me know will it gona effect me in future if i get married..??

Brief Answer:
high protein diet is important

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion there is no need of any definite diet chart but a few things need to be added to your daily diet.
They are as you need to take high protein diet take daily two eggs ,dry fruits or nuts and meat or chicken or fish twice weekly.
Take a glass of fresh fruit juice daily.
Take iron rich diet like green leafy veggies, beetroot, dates, zaggery, figs, onion plantains, liver to improve the HB status.
You can use sanitary pads for white discharge. There is no need for white discharge treatment.
Because poor general condition is one of the cause for white discharge.
Dont worry. It will subside once your HB is improved and TB is cleared.
Even if it is an infective discharge it will be permanently cured.
White discharge might not cause any problem after marriage for pregnancy so relax.
TB is common infection but with strict treatment it is cleared. So dont get depressed.
Psychological strength is also equally important along with medicines.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.srilatha
