Brief Answer:
A mixture of causes
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
If you have itching it may be related to allergy to any of the medicines or due to any inflammation of the liver. Acidity is probably due to aspirin or the anxiety related to your heart condition or other causes. You can replace the aspirin with clopidogrel.
The lassitude or lack of enthusiasm is likely to be a manifestation of depression again related to your disease. Avas may also be a factor.

Thank you doctor for your reply. Doctor i had the discussion with my Cardiologist who did my angioplasty he suggested me to take 1tab citrizine 10mg for itching and my ECG and ECHO both are normal yesterday. Should i stop Avas tab.
Brief Answer:
Welcome
Detailed Answer:
Citrazine is an anti histamine and will give you some relief from the itching.
You should not discontinue Avas unless it is producing a liver inflammation.
Please check your liver function.
You could check with your cardiologist regarding clopidogrel in place of aspirin. It will reduce your acidity.
Good day
Welcome

Brief Answer:
Some possibilities considered
Detailed Answer:
Shoulder to hand numbness or pain may be related to pressure on the nerves, but I am not sure about itching.
If you have sweating, you should check your blood sugar at that time. This is easy if you have a glucometer.
It would also be good to have an ECG just to exclude a decrease in the blood flow to the heart.
It should be at the time of sweating. If it is recurrent you can have a 12 lead Holter monitoring to exclude any ischaemia as the cause of sweating.

Brief Answer:
No
Detailed Answer:
Constipation does not cause sweating except at the time you are bearing down hard to pass motion. It is not advisable to bear down hard. Any osmotic laxative like Duphalac or movicol would be helpful to have a smooth bowel movement.
Your lack of enthusiasm may be due to depression or stress you are going through now. It would pass normally after a few weeks. If not you should seek counselling.
ECG when not having the sweating would be normal. If you get sweating again it would be good to check your blood sugar and ECG at the time of sweating.
