What Causes Acute Body Weakness After Fever?

Question: I had mild fever 2 days back, and took paracetamol 650, and Allegra, now having no fever but accute weakness, I took 1 sumo yesterday, had some relief, but the condition is persisting

Severity of fever( means if you have recorded temperature during fever)
Is it associated with chills and rigors
Are you having sore throat, running nose or cough?

No shivering, just feeling feverish without fever, my TLC, dlc, HB, GBP and Vidal tests are all showing normal

Welcome again and thanks for the details
you might be having viral fever so take paracetamol 500/ 650 my thrice daily with any anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine.

Have plenty of fluids to maintain good hydration
Multivitamin and minerals supplements
Yiu should take fruits juices and fresh fruits and vegetables soup
