What Causes Acute Excruciating Headache And Nausea?

Question: My grand daughter, age 12 years, has been suffering from acute/excruciating headache and nausea for the last two months. She hardly eats anything. She has become so weak that she cannot stand on her feet and walk one step. She faints occasionally. Her MRI, CT Scan of brain and EEG (brain function test) are absolutely normal. All her blood tests, including EB virus, are normal. She has been sees by Paediatricians,
Neurologists and a Psycologist. They have been unable to diagnose her illness. Hence medicine has been
Prescribed for her. Academically, she has been a topper in her school throughout.
I shall be most grateful for your immediate help in relieving the immense suffering of the child. I am an elderly person. My grand daughter's prolonged suffering has become unbearable for me.
Thanks a lot in anticipation of your positive response.

Brief Answer:
looks like migraine
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
Looking at your description it looks like migraine headache or tension headache.
Please tell me the duration, frequency, time, site (front or side) and triggers for headache (like caffeine, lack of sleep) etc ?
Is there family history of similar type of headache or migraine?
What medications you have tried till date?
Till then you can try brufen or combination of domperidone and paracetamol to relieve the symptoms.
Hope I helped you.
I am your disposal for further communication.
