Brief Answer:
Get Xray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

In your case pain due to irritation of nerve which supply that area, and nerve which supply that area arises from lumbosacral region.

Cause of this may not be due to hurt only, it may be postural or trivial weightlifting previously

So in my opinion you should not ignore it and get xray of lumbosacral region done in AP and Lateral view and send me the report, I want to see the present condition of disc space, vertebrae etc.

Easy treatment for this is to have tab.aceclofenac100mg+thiocolchicoside4mg twice a day and cap. pregabaline75mg + methylcobalamine 1500mcg at night by prescription of your family doctor as this medication is not over the counter.

Home remedies you can massage your back with garlic oil or you can drink XXXXXXX Leaves extract.

Apply hot packs.

Avoid any type of weightlifting.

I hope you got the point.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
