Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
From your description it sounds like you may have a blockage of your arterial system to the feet and legs. This is also called peripheral vascular disease. To check for vascular disease see if you can feel the pulses in your foot. You can feel the pulse between the first and second toe half way up the foot and also just behind the ankle bone in the inside of the foot. To help improve your circulation I recommend taking an aspirin every day and start a regular exercise program. If you smoke I recommend you stop immediately. And lastly I think you need to see your doctor to run appropriate tests for vascular disease.
Other possibilities here is neuropathy where the nerve sensations to your feet are giving your body painful and odd sensations. These feelings can make the feet burn or feel cold. This make take testing by your doctor to determine if it is neuropathy
In summary
1. peripheral vascular disease
2. Start ASA daily
3. Exercise daily
4. Peripheral neuropathy
5. Seek medical attention for additional testing
