What Causes Ambiguity In Thoughts Along With Strange Eyebrow Movements?

Question: my 27 yr old daughter noticed her one eyebrow and eye were drooping and she had no control of them. She was also very "foggy" in her thoughts. This lasted about 10 minutes. Any thoughts?
Brief Answer:
Could be Bell's palsy or Transient ischemic attack (TIA)
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I would insist you to upload an image of both the eyes. It will help me to identify the degree of involvement. It could be due to a condition called Bell's Palsy and I would strongly insist you to arrange for a neurological opinion. Visiting her PCP would be the first step and is very essential. Her presentations point to a neurological cause which calls for a thorough evaluation.
Let me know if I could help further.
