i I I done CT scan I didn't do ultrasound but it shows that I have the cystic structure in the left adnexa most likely ovarian and there is small amount of fluid within the endometrial please i I would like to know what it means thank you

Seeing the report will give me idea about the size of cyst actually but in general if the cyst is simple and less than 4 cm in size then nothing active needs to be done.
Fluid in endometrium is also very common so don't feel bothered as in normal cycles also there is fluid in cavity near the time of ovulation and menstruation.
