Brief Answer:
Likely Blighted ovum

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
By your LMP, your gestation age is 8 weeks 1 day yesterday.
By this time, your transvaginal ultrasound should show fetal pole as well as fetal cardiac activity.
If the ultrasound is not showing fetal pole till now, then it is most likely a blighted ovum or failed pregnancy.
In this situation, the fetus does not develop and hence termination of pregnancy should be done.
I will suggest you to consult your OBGYN specialist for appropriate treatment.
