Brief Answer:
Information

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I would say that if there are no visible abnormalities, and if the pain is entirely gone and it doesn't come back, then no worries. It's possible that the skin was more sensitive for some reason yesterday due perhaps to irritation of a superficial nerve. If it felt like deep pressure type pain, then it could have been a problem in the part of the sinuses in that location. But as long as it went away and is not coming back, it is unlikely to be a significant problem.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.
