Brief Answer:
Slighly raised PSA suggests infection of Prostate .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Your recent PSA is slightly higher than normal value of 4 suggesting infection in prostate .

Since infection of the prostate takes 2 weeks to subside I would suggest to continue taking injection Tobramycin to be continued for five more days along with Dutasteride for a 2 weeks . .

Thanks and Regards.

Dear Sir,

thank you for your reply. actually my tobramycin has been stopped since sunday as my dose for 5 days has been completed. My recent urine culture report has come and attached for your review. I am currently consulting a urlogist in my town and he has suggested to take following medicines after looking at my culture report and my previous history. He has mentioned that i am suffering from Prostatitis. Please see his advise also attached. what do you think that these medicines are sufficient to diagnose?
