Could be Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
Since your esoniphils and absoulte esoniphils are high it could be due to Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) which is a type of blood cancer.
I would advise you to go for a bone marrow test.
This type of blood cancer affects immature blood cells called stem cells that grow into white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets.
These blood cells are made in your bone marrow the spongy material inside your bones.
In AML the stem cells are abnormal and cannot grow into healthy blood cells.
Bone marrow test is done to look for immature or abnormal cells in your blood and bone marrow

It is due to yeast infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
As you are having yeast infection your increase in your absolute esoniphils could be due to this fungal infection as you are having no symptoms of AML.
It is a common fungal infection
Fungal and bacterial infection can cause it to be high.
You need treatment with antifungal medication to cure it.
Consult your local doctor for it.
