What Causes An Insensitive White Patch Around The Knees?

Question: I have insensitivity of skin in a patch around my knees with white mark around. Further, I have lost body hairs in that patch.
Kindly suggest the further medication

Yes the patch is growing in size and i am not applying any ointment currently.
Further, I didnt had an injury.

The lesion does not look anything serious. The degree of hypopigmentation is not alarming.

I believe a simple biopsy test would be sufficient to rule out any sort of neurocutaneous conditions.
