Hello,
I understand your concern. The ulcerated center of the lesion points to the direction of your suspicion. It looks to me like a hobo spider bite.
I recommend you wash the area with soap and water in order to avoid a bacterial over infection, and if available, apply antibiotic ointment on the area. If you notice a lot of redness and irritation around the area I recommend you see a doctor at your earliest convenience because antivenom might be necessary, and probably even antibiotics and a tetanus shot.
