Question: I have an unusual mole or bump on my arm. I just want to make sure it doesn't look serious. Thank you!

I have reviewed the attached photographs and can appreciate two lesions.
One looks like a black colour mole which seems to be normal.
Other looks like a red to brown colour lesion which seems to be seborrhoeic keratosis which is a benign lesion of skin.
If the mole shows sudden increase in size, change in colour or shape, associated with itching, bleeding or oozing then you need to consult a doctor.
Otherwise no need to worry.
