Detailed Answer:
Thanks XXXX. Sorry for delay. That is what all I required. There may be anal fissure. For this I will like to advise:
1.Make stool soft if they are hard by taking stool bulking agent like Isapghula at night with water
2. Take lots of fibres and drink lots of water
3. Take sitz bath
4. Apply ointment per anus containing diltizem or nifedipine
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health. If you have further query I will like to answer that too.
