With advancing age these problems can be seen normally.
You should sleep in night with pillow beneath your both legs.
But you should get yourself following investigations to be sure if any cardiac, kidney or liver disease is contributing to it:
1. Hemoglobin.
2. Liver and Kidney function tests.
3. ECG.
4. Thyroid Profile.
Once you have these reports write to me again for interpretation and action if required any.
