Brief Answer:
Kindly furnish details.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to the forum.
I would like to know some details of the problems you have and the treatment done so far.

1. Whether the infections have been proved by urine analysis.
2. The treatment done till now and the follow-up protocol for bladder cancer.

Loss of appetite is a nonspecific symptom and can occur in many diseases.

Kindly get back to me with the details,
Sincerely,

Brief Answer:
Infection possible, cancer unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Loss of appetite can be caused by a variety of reasons, severe bladder infection can cause loss of appetite.
Type 2 diabetics are prone for infections and frequent and lots of urination are linked to both infection and uncontrolled diabetes.
There is no specific link to diabetes and bladder cancer.
Back pain with diabetes can be due to kidney infection.
All these need to be evaluated.
A consultation with your physician is a must.
