Brief Answer: Kindly upload your cardiac test reports... Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through your query and feel sorry for the situation you are in. Before running into final conclusions, I gently ask to have the reports of examinations you did. They will provide more details regarding the damage of the heart and severity grade of the heart failure. Based on those details, specific advice would be given. Until the reports are in, I suggest to: - start treatment with diuretics and beta-blockers - limit salt intake - follow healthy lifestyle and diet regimen until improvement - keep regular following ups with cardiologist Looking forward to have the reports in! Thank you! Dr.Benard
