Please get the following tests done:
Urine- routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
The treatment will depend upon the reports.
You can be started on an antibiotic the moment you give samples and continue till the reports are available; can continue if the reports correspond to the antibiotic you are receiving and there is clinical and symptomatic improvement.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen particularly for genitourinary system.
IVP- Intravenous pyelography is thought necessary by an Urologist.
Contrast enema study if a fistula between the urinary system and intestinal system is suspected, followed by colonoscopy. { history of pee smelling like a fart}
Cystourethroscopy for the same.
