What Causes Back And Abdominal Pain When Uric Acid Level In Blood Is Elevated?

Question: I have elevated uric acid last week but now it's 4.7 but I have improper bowl moments with bolting and paint under last rib which goes and come same on the left side I have little back pain as I sleep on my stomach I feel pulling sensation on left side doctor says it's due to acidity I have not sever pain

To recapitulate: Male/37 - had elevated Uric acid last week, but normal now - improper bowel movements - pain under left last rib - goes and comes - back pain if sleep on stomach - pulling sensation on left side - Doctor thinks of acidity - pain is not severe - hydrocele - investigations noted ...

Your history of improper bowel movements along with intermittent pain in abdomen on left side under lower ribs is indicative of colitis.
Chances of Kidney stone/problem has also to be remembered.

I would advise you the following:
Get the stool tested.
Get the blood and urine tested.
High resolution ultrasonography.
Consult your Doctor for proper clinical evaluation, examination and proper medication.
If required you will be referred to a Specialist.

X-rays do not show muscles nor it shows any sign of muscle pains.
Does the pain increase on movement of the abdomen and chest like while bending, twisting?

Yes when i twist pain increases in relax its not pain when seat in same position for long time its pain
He done chest AP and abdomen pain is not that much only side pain some time when i site long time
