What Causes Back Pain After Physical Work Out?
This is XXXX & my age is 28 & I m residing in XXXXXXX I have few issues that I would like to discuss:
1) It is about my lower back
I am passionate about building body so I go to workout daily n lift heavy weights. One day I had lifted 50 kgs by doing bent over row exercise. When I lifted all of a sudden there was a unbearable pain on my right hand side lower back. What happnd nxt was tht I had gone to consult a orthopaedist n he gave some medic n a fast relief ointment. I still go to workout but now there are further developments. This time this pain arises everytime I bend n then stand straight. This is a normal activity tht I do at home or outside we bend for some kind of work.
I have noticed that my right side of lower bck has been going through a lot of pain which makes me harder to breathe when I bend. I have also noticed whn I get up in the morning I bend after havng a straight sleep of 7hrs n the pain gets even worst. I don’t do any bent over exercise any more bcoz of this. But I have understood tht I have neglected my lower bck exercise which is become weak n thn I had injured the same.
I want to do some tests so tht I come to knw wats the problem n thn upload to u so that I can get enough info abt my bck which can be a preventive measure.
2) It is about my hand
This is a recent development that I don’t understand why I didn’t have this problem earlier but I was once doing my shoulder exercise and it happened to be that day I was planning to lift 20 kg of dumbbells. What happened is when I picked it up it gave an immense pressure in my upper muscles of my elbow. Next my both hands started shivering after I completed a set of the workout. It was as if my muscles have become very weak on that area n I felt something is pulling very hard.
This both hands where suffering with pain n I couldn’t do my work out.
Please help me doc as I want to know wats happening to me.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the lower back is likely to be due to a muscle sprain or a mild tear. A disc bulge is also a likely cause. The best way to diagnose is to get an MRI scan of the lower back done. This will help in ruling out any spine related problems.
The sudden pain in the hands and fore arms was likely to be due to an excessive stress that your muscles were not used to. Lack of adequate warming up exercises can also cause such a shivering. It usually recovers on its own after rest without any treatment. It is best to do all the exercises under the guidance of a physical therapist who can guide you regarding the right level of stress that your muscles can withstand.
I hope this answers your query.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The persistent pain in the joints and muscles can be related to Vitamin D3 deficiency. You can get the levels checked and start with suitable supplements and a calcium rich diet to help.
Hope my answer is helpful.
I will wait for the reports.
