Question : lately i been cramping && having back pains really bad yesterday after noon i went to the bathroom n it was blood on the tissue n not in the toilet so i pee again later on that they it was nothing

Yes, irritation of the bladder and our urethra can present with slight bleeding. Some times it may be noticed and sometimes blood cells are found on investigation.
