What Causes Back Pain And High BP During Pregnancy?
Question: Hello Dr.
The 35th Week [1st day] of TWIN Pregnency and as checkups the Uterous is open.
Baby weights are 2KG + each.
My wife is suffering from pain to her back and somtimes in stomach and around 3-4 times in a day and it lasts for 10-20 mins.
She is finding diffeculty while moving herself from one position to other and while sleeping from one side to other..
And our Dr has prescribed Dvuadilian TAB. to not to have pains and delivery early [ for Contraction]
.
So we dont understand what to prefere babies prematurity or MOther's pain..
Can you suggest what should be done in this case?
Also last week her BP was high now decreased to normal by having BP tablet [6 a day by having 8 hrs diff]
She alos having swelling on her feets.
Please suggest so that we get some right way to come our from this situation..

4. Get delivery conducted in an hospital with best NICU facilities.
5. Even if your doctor wishes to wait it is better only for one more week and not more. Delivery is fine as babies are already more than 2 kg weight.
