What Causes Back Pain During Pregnancy?

Question: Hi. Im 38 weeks pregnant as of today I been having strong pain also my anus is hurting like crazy is like the pain takes my back and also front part of my belly and my right upper leg. I been discharging a white kinda greenish stuff can that be my mucos plug slowly coming out ? Are this sings of labor?

The main signs of labour starting are-
1. strong, regular contractions .As labour gets going, your contractions tend to become longer, stronger and more frequent.

2. a "show". A show is when the plug of mucus(sticky ,jelly like pink mucus) from your cervix comes away.A show indicates the cervix is starting to open.

3.Other signs that labour is beginning is your waters breaking (rupture of the membranes)

4. backache.

5. an urge to go to the toilet, which is caused by your baby’s head pressing on your bowel.
