Brief Answer:
Take symptommatic treatment with OTC medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr.XXXX,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read the query and understand the concern.

Back pain, nausea with headache could be due to variety of causes like some intestinal or musculoskeletal issues.

But no need to worry as it can be subsided by symptommatic treatment (OTC medications).

Here, I would like to ask some more question regarding,

Do you have fever?
Do you have gas trouble or bloating or acidity?
Do you have diarrhoea or aleterd bowel habit recently?

If i would be your treating physician then i would have advised you symptommatic treatment meanwhile.

1) Tab.Dan-P for headache and back pain,
2) Tab.Pan-D for nausea and gas trouble if there,
3) Pain killer gel (omni gel) for local application over back.

4) Take light or soft food with plenty of water and electrolytes (like fruit and juices) for couple of days.

5) Avoid solid foods, and have bland foods several times a day.

6) Provide back support and take rest with ice pack application for 10 to 15 minutes.

I would expect you will feel better within 1 or 2 days with this symptommatic and supportive treatment.

In case not and if the symptoms worsen then you will require medical attention by routine blood and urine investigations.

Kindly get back to me with more information.

Brief Answer:
Go for routine blood test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the quick follow up.

If fever is there then I would be better you should for routine blood counts with ESR to rule out infection before starting antibiotic.

If your WBC count would be high then you should take antibiotics for which you can see some local doctor or GP who will know about it and can prescribe (if required).

Rest of the treatment is same as I explained.

Hope this will help you and if you need any further clarification then feel free to ask me.
